King County District Court's Northeast Division handles court services for the cities of Redmond, Carnation, Duvall, Skykomish and Woodinville. The division processes approximately 38,000 cases each year and also accepts passport applications. In addition, the courthouse offers a young mentor program and a program to assist people with learning disabilities.
