Webster Groves City Hall is located adjacent to the city's Police and Fire Departments in Old Webster. Departments include Finance, Administration, Public Works and Planning and Development. Upon entering City Hall, visitors will find the customer service desk, where friendly staff can answer questions about city services and direct residents to the appropriate department. The City Council and most boards and commissions meet in Council Chambers located on the second-floor of City Hall. Municipal Court is also held in the Council Chambers. The Lodge Des Peres is a community recreation and fitness center. It features an indoor wave pool, an adult pool, a lazy river, a fitness center, a gymnasium, a steam room, a sauna, a cafe, an indoor track, child care and personal training. Meeting rooms and function space can also be rented. The gym has free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, lockers and showers. Programs for children and adults are available, including camps, yoga classes, clinics, sports, swimming and arts. The location also has locker rooms and showers, as well as a lazy river, snack area and an adult pool.
The Kirkwood Purchasing Department oversees the city's bidding process and authorizes city purchases. The department shares a building with Kirkwood Utilities' storage facility and stocks supplies for city departments. Director of Purchasing Kimberly Blutts heads the department and is supported by an assistant director of purchasing, buyer and purchasing assistant.
RiverChase is a very expansive complex featuring a variety of activities, classes and services for people of all ages. Owned and operated by the Fenton Parks and Recreation Department, the RiverChase is designed to cater to the needs of the families in the community. It features a gym, youth leagues, spacious indoor pool, fitness programs, personal fitness training and child care services.
St. Louis County Municipal Court is a part of the St. Louis County Government Center West, which is in the Clarkson Wilson Center in Chesterfield. When it is open, it holds court at 7pm regarding traffic and ordinance violations. The third Thursday at 6pm is for trials. Property maintenance and zoning violations are the fourth Thursday of the month. Judge Jess W. Ullom serves as Municipal Division Judge of the St. Louis County Municipal Court in Chesterfield.
The Missouri Department of Revenue operates a license office at this location on Telegraph Road in Oakville. Residents may obtain or renew a driver's license at this office. Vehicles may also be titled and registered at this location.
It's pool time! According to the University City website, the Heman Pool has something for everyone. People can go for a relaxing swim or do laps, go down the water slide or watch their youngster having fun in the kiddies’ pool.
Handicap accessible features include sidewalk level facility entry, accessible entry into pool, accessible water-chair available.
Youth 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or older at all times.
