Fraze Pavilion is one of the leading outdoor entertainment venues in the state of Ohio. Established in 1991, it is an amphitheater that features more than 4,300 seats. Fraze Pavilion offers tickets for summer concerts through its Fraze Fan Club Program. Each summer, it presents over 60 events, including 30-plus ticketed shows, nearly 20 free events and approximately five festivals. Fraze Pavilion is owned and operated by the City of Kettering s Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department. Some of the artists that have performed in the amphitheater include Ringo Starr, Michael Buble, Sheryl Crow, Jewel, James Taylor Crosby, B.B. King Kenny Loggins, The Doobie Brothers Journey, Harry Connick and Huey Lewis John Mayer.

Parking tickets issued by the Dayton Police Department are now payable online at www.PayMyFine.org. The Dayton Municipal Clerk of Court website now accepts VISA and MasterCard payments for Parking and Traffic tickets issued by the Dayton Police Department and fines and costs issued by the Dayton Municipal Court. We are excited to be able to offer our citizens the convenient option of paying their parking tickets online and possibly save them the trip of having to come to court, said Mark Owens, the Dayton Municipal Clerk of Court. The Clerk of Court is able to offer this new service thanks to the Dayton Police Departments adoption of an electronic parking ticket citation system in the Downtown Business District, which accounts for approximately 90% of all parking tickets issued in the City of Dayton. Electronic parking tickets will be available for online payment within 12 hours of issuance, and in many cases within just a few hours of issuance. Handwritten parking tickets will be available for online payment within two business days of issuance.
