The Moss Free Clinic is a primary health care facility that serves individuals in the Fredericksburg area unable to afford private medical care. Services are available to residents with a household income less than 125 percent of the federal poverty level. The chronic care clinic is available Monday through Friday, the gynecology clinic is open on the first and third Wednesdays of the month and the dental clinic and primary care clinics are open Tuesday and Thursday evenings; the availability of specialty clinics varies, and patients should call ahead. 

This Goodwill location is a retail and donation center. The center accepts all types of used goods and sells a variety of gently-used items like clothing, home furnishings, household items, toys and accessories and more. Revenue from the store is used to support Goodwill's mission of providing job training and career services to those with disabilities and those in need.

This office is the practice of pediatricians Dr. Pamela Mancini and Dr. Nimali Fernando. In addition to the human staff, the office also has a dog, a blue tongued skink and a fish to keep patients entertained. 

Ferry Farm Animal Clinic can cure Fido and Fluffy's ailments. The Kings Highway facility accepts office appointments six days per week. FFAC also accepts emergencies and clinical services Monday through Saturday. The clinic provides a number of services, including dentistry, ultrasound, laser surgery, anesthesia and endoscopies.
