The Woman's Club of Upper Montclair is a nonprofit organization that is part of the New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs. This club offers a variety of programs aimed at community building, volunteering, empowerment and education. Programs include a book club, a needlework group and an art program. Founded in 1925, the Monclair Operetta Club (MOC) is the oldest theatrical community organization in the area. It produces opera and musicals including such productions as "Rent", "Ragtime", "The Sound of Music", "Titanic--The Musical", "Into the Woods" and "The Wizard of Oz." There are four annual concerts attended by 3,000 people.
