The American Legion Post#15 in East Greenwich is a hall with a restaurant and bar. The kitchen offers regular specials, such as fish and chips on Fridays. The hall is available to rent and is used by various organizations for events such as weekly auctions and entertainment. It is also the location of the Christmas Eve Community Dinner sponsored by Christ Church.
The East Greenwich Yacht Club is a private club for boaters that's been around since 1905. Members have either moorings or slips on one of the several docks the club owns near the mouth of Greenwich Cove. There are 10 to 15 moorings available to transient boaters.
A clubhouse and a bar are open to the public on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 8pm during summertime. The clubhouse also functions as a event facility that can be rented by the public.

Knights of Columbus Council 2011 is located on Tower Hill Road. This organization has members hailing from North Kingstown, East Greenwich, Cranston, and Wakefield. The hall is available for special-event rentals and contains a full bar with three licensed bartenders. Council 2011 holds meetings twice a month (on the first and third Tuesdays of the month) and offers monthly breakfasts and twice-monthly dinners. In 2009, the council raised more than $40,000 for various charities. The council is led by Grand Knight V. J. Simonelli.
Located on the Seekonk River, this marina has 28 slips and allows people to dock overnight for $40. Long-term docking is also available. The facility also features a restaurant with outside dining and a bar with pool tables. The club also recently started hosting wedding receptions.
