Serenity Health and Management Services, LLC was established March 11, 2016 by Virginia Torsch, a retired Navy Medical Service Corps Captain (O-6) with 29 years of combined active duty/reserve services. She has extensive experience in the establishment of military psychological health outreach and support programs and other medical programs. She is a Subject matter expert in psychological health programs and contracting who established the Navy Reserve Psychological Health Outreach Program to provide critical psychological health assessment, referral and outreach services to facilitate returning reservists’ transition to civilian life; negotiated a two-year contract for an event planner to provide the planning and execution of 40 Returning Warrior Workshops, a component of Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Programs(YRRP); and negotiated an additional contract to expand the Psychological Health Outreach Program to support USMC Reservists. CAPT Torsch is capitalizing on her three years of post-military service defense contracting where she wrote winning proposals for over $34 million in contracts and managed all aspects of those contracts providing health care and family support services to Wounded Warriors and their Families, as well as financial and program management support services to other Federal Agencies. CAPT Torsch brings her extensive military and federal contracting experience to her new company, Serenity Health and Management Services, LLC and looks forward to continuing to provide these critically important support services to the Nation’s Military Service Members and their Families and to all other Federal Agencies. Long Branch Swim & Racquet Club a private, members-only pool and is home to the Long Branch Dolphins division 11 swim team. The pool ranges from two-and-a-half to 12 feet in depth, and features a bright yellow waterslide in the deep end. The club has two tennis courts, and individual and group tennis instruction is available.

American Legion Post 1976 is the headquarters for the Ladies of the Auxiliary and the members of the Sons of the American Legion. The group is dedicated to advancing the ideals of The American Legion and supporting the community of Annadale. The facility here features a social quarters, office spaces, a conference room and The Tom Weston Memorial Hall. Membership here requires past service in the Navy, Army, Marine Corps or Air Force of the United States of America and assigned to active duty at some point during service. Annandale Boys & Girls Club is a second-generation family-run organization. In 1959 Everett G. Germaine Jr. established the club to promote youth sports in the community.  Having long been a pillar for the youth in the community, it is the oldest club in the D.C. Metropolitan area. It is a wholesome forum for the youth. This location, in the heart of Annandale, is easily accessible. It is where uniforms are picked up.The club uses local fields  and centers for its activities. Some games against other Northern Virgina teams require travel.

Knights of Columbus is a fraternity established in association with the Catholic Church by Father Michael J. McGivney on March 29, 1882 in New Haven, Conn.  The order was formed to support members and their families in times of sickness and with other life challenges and assistance including economics, education, charity and war relief.
