The Institute for Community Living offers programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This location is known as ICL Rugby Road and serves an an Individualized Residential Alternative facility that is licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Retardation and Development Disabilities. It helps those with such disabilities by providing housing support, a community environment and rehabilitative services. Those who are eligible for Medicaid or Medicare may receive such services at no cost.
