Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare provides mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services, as well as monitors and evaluates services to ensure their cost effectiveness and applicability. In addition, it provides individual and group counseling services for adults regarding outpatient drug, alcohol and mental illness.
