The California College of Ayurveda is the longest-running, state-approved college providing a professional training program to students of Ayurvedic Medicine in the country. Dr. Marc Halpern, the president and founder, is considered to be one of the leading pioneers, teachers and practitioners of Ayurvedic Medicine in the United States.

Established in 1993, Irvine University College of Law offers a high quality of affordable legal education to a wide variety of students. It aims to provide an alternative means to achieve a law degree for working people who can attend classes during evenings and weekends. The ABC Adult School at Cabrillo Lane is part of the ABC Unified School District and offers classes for persons 18 years of age or older. Preference is given to continuing students and residents of the district providing they register during the priority pre-registration period of each semester. High School students can attend classes if space is available and all Education Code requirements are met.
Courses include career and technical education, ESL, citizenship and distance learning, visual and performing arts, sewing, food preparation, music, dance, physical fitness, basic education and parent education.
