Trinity Christian School is a private school that provides academic and religious education to more than 300 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school is accredited by the Association of Christian School International. Its curriculum includes Bible study, English, fine arts, foreign languages, math, environmental science, American history, physics, journalism, and health and physical education. Trinity Christian School offers several athletic activities, including basketball, baseball, soccer, softball, volleyball, golf and cross-country. Founded in 1867, West Virginia University is an educational institution that enrolls more than 28,000 students. It offers several graduate, postgraduate, doctoral and professional degree programs in the areas of arts, science, business studies, economics, creative arts and engineering.
