The Grayslake Heritage Center restored and preserved the village’s first Village Hall on Hawley Street, home of the current Grayslake Historical Museum.
It includes 7,600-square-feet of exposition, education, archival and meeting spaces, and provides a community room for public use. These facilities allow the Historical Society to greatly expand its programs, services, and displays in our historic downtown area.
The Village of Grayslake, the Grayslake Historical Society and private donations all made the Heritage Center a reality.
