Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church is a Catholic parish that offers fellowship and worship. Rev. John E. Sheridan is the church’s pastor; he conducts daily Mass at the Discalced Carmelite Chapel during the week at 8am. Scripture study with refreshments is offered every night at 7pm in the parish center gym. The church also supports a music program that is integrated with Sunday Mass. Robert Santacroe is the music director.
The Recreational Education Center offers a wide range of resources and activities for families in the Peabody area with children, adolescents and young adults with special needs. The center, led by owner and director Tricia Woolard, is open seven days and week and offers after school programs, recreational classes, parent training and support groups, as well as birthday parties. The NSJCC is located in West Peabody and provides recreational, educational, and cultural programs for members of the local Jewish community ages infants to seniors. Guided by the principles of Judaism and democracy, the NJSCC provides a place where members can freely share their thoughts, beliefs and values. The center also offers infant, toddler, preschool, kindergarten transition and after school programs from 7am to 6pm year-round.
