The Calcasieu Association for Retarded Citizens, founded in 1954, is a nonprofit organization that serves people with developmental disabilities and their families. The organization offers residential, child development, vocational and community employment services. The Calcasieu Association for Retarded Citizens offers services for Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron and Jefferson Davis parishes in Louisiana.
