Roosevelt Park is located along Falls Road in Hampden. It features both open space and athletic fields. The Roosevelt Recreation Center is located on the park's grounds along the 1100 block of 36th Street, as well.
The Hampden Family Center is located in the heart of Hampden, right on the "Avenue." The center has been serving the Hampden community through its various programs since 1985. It offers programs for children, adults and seniors.
The Baltimore Shambhala Meditation Center is part of the international Shambhala Buddhist Community. The center offers instruction on meditation for all levels.
