Little Zion Primitive Baptist Church is located on Barrie Street in East Dearborn, just off Warren Avenue. The church has been at its current location since 1952. The name "Primitive Baptist" became popular in the early 1800s when the term "primitive" conveyed the idea of originality rather than archaic or backward. Today, Primitive Baptists maintain the doctrines and practices held by early Baptist Churches in America including baptism by immersion and the use of song, but not musical instruments, during worship.

The Freemansons build their foundation on brotherly love, relief and truth, and they incorporate those practices in their everyday lives. The Olive Branch Lodge No. 542 Freemasons contribute greatly to their community by donating to Dearborn Police Monument to Fallen Officers, Dearborn Fire Fighters Burn Drive, Dearborn Baseball and Dearborn Players Guild. 

The Olive Branch No. 542 hall is also available to rent. The hall accommodates up to 225 people, and, upon request, linens, set up and clean up can be provided. You can also use the kitchen.

Formerly known as Hill Memorial, Kingdom International Church of God in Christ is located on Chase Road, just south of Ford Road. The congregation is led by Pastor Michael Hill and his wife, Pearl Hill. The church was founded in Detroit by Pastor Hill's father, the late Bishop Robert Hill. Kingdom International moved to its current location in 1997. Through prayer, scripture and song, it seeks to provide "a solid foundation for spiritual growth" among its congregation. Opportunities for study and fellowship are offered weekly through the men's, women's and youth ministries. Kingdom International is affiliated with the Church of God in Christ headquartered in Memphis.

ACCESS is a non-profit organization that aims to assist and strengthen the Arab American community in Michigan.

The organization offers several human services, including advocacy, assistance with interpreting documents and forms, emergency services like utility and rent assistance, immigration services, senior citizen services, legal assistance and legal referrals.

Other services include employment and training, workshops to assist individuals in developing professional skills, professional recruitment, literacy programs, citizenship classes and ESL classes.

ACCESS also offers classes for young people, including academic assistance and support groups, health services, and parent-child activities.

Harvest International Worship Center has been part of the Dearborn community since 1990. The church features a casual, contemporary worship service on Sundays, as well as a Wednesday evening service. The youth and teen ministries also meet on Wednesday evenings. Sunday School for elementary-aged children is held on Sundays. Harvest International is affiliated with the Church of God, based in Cleveland, Tenn., one of the oldest and largest Christian Pentecostal denominations in the world.

St. Alphonsus is one of the oldest parishes in the area. The parish traces its roots back to the German Catholic community that settled in the area in the early 1840s. The school they founded in 1846 became part of St. Alphonsus Parish, which was established in 1851. St. Alphonsus High School and Elementary School closed their doors in 2003 and 2005. The church that stands today at the corner of Calhoun and Gould was dedicated in 1928. This parish offers an active Catholic community on its historical grounds.

Townsend Towers is a municipally sponsored senior living apartment complex. Rent is based on 30 percent of the residents’ incomes. Apartment amenities include refrigerators, stoves, carpeting and air conditioning. Dearborn residency is not a requirement for application.

St. Martha Catholic Church is located across from Oakwood Hospital. Its first masses were celebrated at Snow Elementary School and the Edison Institute at Greenfield Village while the current church was being built. St. Martha opened its doors in July, 1955, and soon after began construction of a school and a convent; the school was closed in 1974.

Today, St. Martha offers religious education classes for children in grades two through eight on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:45. Classes for children ages three to six are held during the 11am mass. Confessions are heard every Saturday at 3pm. St. Martha is the sister church to nearby St. Joseph Catholic Church.

St. Clement Orthodox Church serves some 400 area families with weekly services, study opportunities, social events and Christian fellowship. Originally founded under the name Holy Trinity, St. Clement was the first Detroit-based Macedonian-Bulgarian parish. The church has been at its current location in Dearborn since 1964. Sunday school classes are offered for children age 3 to high school following Holy Communion.
