The present owner, Tony Rudolph, a third generation owner, is active in all the day to day operations. Kraynak services customers in the Dade, Broward, and South Palm Beach County areas. Kraynak has won numerous awards from their vendors. Some of those awards include the IBM "Area Excellence Award" as the top Authorized Typewriter Dealer in the southeast United States emphasizing sales achievement, business leadership and customer satisfaction. In the early 90s, Kraynak won IBMs "Model Dealer Award" for the outstanding achievement of customer satisfaction and service management. Kraynak has qualified for every dealer recognition event and has received "Dealer of the Month" plaques on more than twenty occasions.
