Founded in 1974, Ziolkowski Construction Inc. is a building/construction, design and restoration contractor. Based in South Bend, Ind., it is one of the major contractors in the Michiana area. The company operates through its six divisions: general contracting, interiors, masonry contracting, masonry restoration, painting and design/build. In 2007, Ziolkowski Construction Inc. received the Best of Restoration/Preservation award for the LaPorte County Courthouse during the Indiana/Kentucky Golden Trowel Awards. Some of the clients of the company include South Bend Medical Foundation, Three Rivers Community Schools and Notre Dame.
