Carrabba s Italian Grill is a chain of casual dining restaurants with locations throughout the United States. Carrabba s is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. OSI Restaurant Partners portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roys, Lee Roy Selmons, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. Carrabba s serves flavorful Italian dishes prepared from ingredients imported from around the world, such as fresh mussels grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island; Borges extra virgin olive oil imported from Catalonia, Spain; and Garafolo pasta imported from a small town outside Pompeii. The restaurant uses only USDA Choice beef and serves fresh chicken and fish. It also offers specialty drinks, including citrotinis, pomegranate martinis and wild berry cocktails. The restaurant features a dining room, patio and bar, with seating for more than 240 people. Carrabba s also offers gift cards for birthday parties, anniversaries and family celebrations.
