The beauty salon offers haircuts, color, waxing, facials, highlights, and make-up, while the beauty supply center offers supplies for every kind of beauty service from Hot Tools straightening irons and curling irons, to OPI nail care products, skin care products and hair care.
Mitra Hair Salon & Supply is located on Ventura Boulevard just east of Newcastle Avenue. It has full salon services as well as professional-quality hair products for sale in their supply center. You can get a haircut, coloring, highlights, Brazilian keratin treatment, waxing, facials and more. There is also a nail service center located inside of the salon.
The Rubio Pharmacy of Encino is located at the corner of Ventura Boulevard and Rubio Avenue. It is a full-service pharmacy that also sells cold drinks, greeting cards and household essentials. Major credit cards are accepted, and there is a paid parking lot that is free with validation. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays.
