Old Me New Me is a researched based series of stories using imagery and positive self talk to teach stress management and life skills for children ages 5-17. It is proven to decrease hyperactivity, impulsivity, aggression, anxiety and stress while increasing concentration. Mimi Lupin received her masters degree in Psychology from the University of Houston in 1970. She is a Licensed Specialist School Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor (retired). Ms. Lupin worked with children and parents in the Houston school systems and in other capacities over 35 years. She has developed several programs that have been used for over 30 years to help children heal from the effects of divorce and other traumatic experiences. Though she is no longer in practice, the use of this series can continue her efforts in helping children learn how to manage their stress in appropriate ways.
