There is no charge for paying by check and a 1.8% fee for paying by credit card. Making your tax payment online is fast, easy, and safe. It takes just six simple steps. The Rockland County Human Rights Commission has for more than 46 years been helping local residents fight discrimination and improve communication within various communities. The commission has outreach programs that include an executive lecture series, leadership conferences and a mortgage program.
The commission is also certified under the Fair Housing Act to investigate housing discrimination in Rockland County.
