Keep Forsyth County Beautiful is a non-profit organization for education and public outreach. A team effort evolved to maintain the community's beauty through cleanup and recycling. The organization partners with local government, schools, business and civic organizations to accomplish tasks. Several programs like Adopt A Road, Adopt A Stream, Rivers Alive and the annual Christmas Tree Recycling event are among the many projects. All programs are supported by hundreds of volunteers to maintain roadways and water resources.
