Red Bank Borough's four-story municipal complex, dedicated in 1997, houses the borough's police department, municipal court and council chambers as well as numerous borough departments, including planning and zoning, construction and code enforcement, parks and recreation, and tax assessor and collector.
The Fulton County Government Probate Court handles estate issues and has jurisdiction over guardianship and protection of minors, the mentally ill, and incapacitated adults. It also handles marriage license applications and applications for firearm permits.
The Manasquan Municipal Building houses many of the borough's essential services and offices. It is located at 201 East Main Street in the center of town. The Manasquan Police Department, Municipal Court, Administrator's Office and tax assessor are among the offices here.
The many district courts of Montgomery County serve as the initial tier of Pennsylvania's Unified Judicial System. The district courts maintain jurisdiction over criminal preliminary arraignments and preliminary hearings; summary criminal offenses; traffic offenses; municipal code violations; landlord/tenant suits; and civil claims in which damages do not exceed $8,000. This is the magisterial district of Horsham Township; it is presided over by the Honorable John S. Murray III.
Chief Judge John B. Sumner and Judge M. Anthony Baker review cases in which minors ask for consent to marry, enlist in the military or proceed with abortions without parental consent. Delinquent, unruly, abused or neglected children also appear before them.
Municipal Court Judge James E. Stahl oversees East Windsor's court, which handles local charges and violations. Located within police headquarters, the court is a place where those charged can be heard by the judge and can pay fines. The hours vary by service, so those concerned must be prepared to give enough information to the legal staff.
Peabody District Court is located in the heart of Peabody Square. Its Essex County jurisdiction covers Peabody and Lynnfield. Criminal, civil and small claims cases are heard here. The court also adjudicates motor vehicle-related cases and domestic violence cases.
Situated off Prospect Avenue in downtown Little Silver, the Borough of Little Silver Municipal Building is comprised of the municipal court, police department, planning board and town council, with the Little Silver Public Library adjacent to the borough offices.
Collingswood Municipal Court handles traffic offenses, borough ordinance violations and minor criminal offenses.

The Chester County Bail and Pretrial Agency is a division of the Adult Probation and Parole Department. It is located in suite 2300 of the Chester County Justice Center. The agency is responsible for investigating and providing recommendations about bail risk. It is also responsible for monitoring defendants released on bail and notifying the court of any violations of the defendant's bail conditions.
The Justice Center houses the jury assembly room, deeds records room and superior court clerk on the ground floor; state court rooms, magistrate court offices and the state court clerk's office on the first floor; the Cherokee County Law Library, juvenile court, superior court rooms and pre-trial services on the second floor; probate court, the grand jury room, and the offices of the juvenile court clerk and the district attorney on the third floor.

Chester County Juvenile Probation, located in suite 3100 of the Chester County Justice Center, is responsible for providing probation services for delinquent youth.
