Focused on improving dance competitors' skills and technique, Co. Dance organizes conventions and competitions. Its teachers are award-winning, experienced dancers, choreographers and directors who have worked with the biggest names in entertainment such as Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and Paula Abdul.
Dancers must audition for conventions and competitions and are evaluated by judges. There are separate competition age divisions, ranging from ages five to 21. The company also awards a leadership scholarship.
