This dance studio is open five days a week with 36 classes held weekly. Classes include ballet, tap, hip hop, zumba, jazz, lyrical and pointe. There are ballet classes for children four and a half years old, as well as various type of ballet and tap classes like lyrical, jazz and technical. The dress code is strongly enforced, while students are encouraged to engage in recitals.
The West Cobb Dance Center offers instruction in a number of classical and modern dance forms. Instructors lead students of all ages and as young and 18 months. This studio is also home to the award-winning competition team, the Powerhouse Dance Company. Class descriptions and enrollment information are posted on its Web site. Free classes are available.
