Pilates, Dance and More offers classes in all levels of pilates mat and equipment work for groups, two persons, or private training, for ages 9-99. We offer dance training in a variety of styles for ages 3-adult, martial arts for ages 6-13. Private instruction is available in Pilates, dance ( all styles including ballroom ), martial arts, baton, gymnastics and theater. Dietary, massage and functional integration therapists are also available by appointment. Pilates, Dance and More is also the Virginia base for the Pilates Certification Center.
