Gotta Dance may look small from the outside, but this sprawling dance studio boasts 12,000 square feet of class space. Manager Gayle Leyde and her staff of over 20 instructors provide high quality training in ballet, jazz, tap, and a host of other styles. The atmosphere at Gotta Dance is warm, inviting, and active, while still calm (not unlike a trained dancer). The studio also sells dance gear.
Danceworks Studio, located in downtown Redmond, is a casual dance instruction studio catering mostly to couples who want to learn a new dance before a special occasion or simply for fun. Six Danceworks instructors teach such classes as hip hop, ballroom, swing and salsa in both group and private sessions. Clients range in age from mid 20s to late 50s.
Moving to Heal offers health and wellness consultation and coaching services to empower individuals living with chronic illnesses to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Support is offered for people with diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, liver and lung diseases, fibromyalgia and other conditions.
The Bar Method is a fitness studio located at Redmond Town Center that integrates several fitness training philosophies in a revolutionary workout that quickly and safely reshapes the entire body. The training philosophies include: the fat burning formula of interval training, isometrics, dance conditioning and physical therapy.

Briora Ballroom Dance Studio employs certified professional dancers to provide wedding dance instruction, dance-based fitness classes, ballroom and Latin dance instruction, ballroom dance shows, and more. Lessons are available in private or groups. Through dancing, the studio creates a community fostering fun, togetherness, and personal growth. Additionally, the 6,500-square-foot venue may be rented out for receptions and special events.
