Now, for the backstory behind our start up in 2004. Due to my mothers A.V.M. This condition, in laymans terms, was a birth defect in her brain, where a group of capillaries grew together, and redirected the blood flow in her brain, causing blood to pool up in the back of her brain. Needless to say, that required immediate brain surgery. With both of my parents health conditions, I determined that it was best for me to go out on my own, so I didnt have to be stuck to a rigid schedule. This allowed me to take my mother and father to their doctors appointments, without having to beg for a day or a half day off, to drive to Asheville or Raleigh for their appointments. Around two years ago, my fathers kidneys failed, and he has been on dialysis ever since.
Fifteen years later, and countless customers and friends made along the way, I feel truly blessed. To everyone who has chosen to use us over the years, a heartfelt thank you to all of you.
