Barry Davis helps his clients get through the divorce process as quickly and affordably as possible while keeping their children out of the middle so that they can move on with their lives. He has been a full-time mediator since 2003 and specializes in working with divorcing couples. His passion for helping couples through this difficult time, his extensive mediation and counseling training (including two advanced degrees) and his fifteen years as a businessperson, equip him to deal with both the practical and the emotional aspects of divorce. He helps couples work though their specific issues by helping them minimize negative tactics, emphasizing productive ways to make decisions and focus on the big picture (such as the best interests of the children and/or not wasting a couples entire net worth on a costly court battle). By identifying the couples true issues and concerns, facilitating productive communication & educating the couple concerning possible outcomes, Barry has been able to achieve success in the vast majority of mediations he facilitates.
