Adedoyin Adetoro, MD, is the founder and lead physician at IntervalMed in Columbus, Ohio. He is a board-certified family doctor with an active license to provide care for all patients, from infants to seniors in the community. Dr. Adetoro started IntervalMed after practicing in hospitals and primary care clinics for 10 years, during which he observed patients as they tried to find their way around a fragmented health care system. He saw that patients were frustrated by inconvenient clinic hours, lack of personalized care, unsure about how to get care when traveling, and confused by an ever-changing health care landscape. To address these concerns and many others, Dr. Adetoro created IntervalMed, a leading healthcare support service that helps clients navigate the healthcare system.  IntervalMed is a membership-based health care start-up that’s an extension of your primary care provider. For patients without a primary care provider, the practice also offers primary care services or will refer you to one in your area. Memberships are available to all patients regardless of age, sex, or country of origin. IntervalMed is not an alternative to a health insurance plan and the practice doesn’t provide health insurance.  With a dedicated staff available to patients 24/7, 365 days a year, IntervalMed has a range of services like providing prescription refills, to treating complex conditions like heart disease. Dr. Adetoro and the rest of the team are committed to building strong relationships with each patient that looks toward your long-term health rather than offering a quick fix. IntervalMed invites you to call the office or use the online scheduling tool to make an appointment and learn more about how the practice can help you achieve optimal health in your mind, body, and relationships with others.
