Tinley Woods Surgery Center is a part of Advocate Health Care and was opened on Advocate's southwest campus in 2002. The center specializes in outpatient surgeries, including general surgery, oral surgery, ophthalmologic surgery and plastic surgery, as well as gynecology, podiatry and gastroenterology. Private preoperative rooms and postoperative recovery rooms are available for patients, and waiting rooms are equipped with TVs and free Wi-Fi.
