Located on Tyler Boulevard in Mentor, Digging Dogs is a professional dog and puppy training center. The company specializes in private instruction, classes and matches/trials for performance dogs as well as family pets of all ages. The facility is 5,100 square feet and is equipped with a fully matted, climate-controlled training space that maintains current AKC regulation equipment.
Digging Dogs offers Agility, Rally, Obedience and Conformation classes for all skill levels. Classes are taught by one of thirteen trained instructors in the daytime and evenings Monday through Saturday. Additional specialty classes include Therapy Dog, Urban Herding and Tricks & Games. Kathy Topham DVM is available by appointment at Digging Dogs and offers an assortment of services to post-surgical patients, aging pets, post-injury patients and canine athletes.
