Interval Brotherhood Home is a free-standing residential treatment center located on 80-acres in Akron, Ohio. Since its inception in 1970, the center has dedicated itself to providing among the best alcohol and drug treatment services to men and women, ages 18 and older. Its services are non-medical, multi-modal, multi-disciplinary and based upon the belief that abstinence and personal change are necessary for personal recovery. In addition, services are provided for individuals who are beset with learning disabilities concurrent mental and/or medical health disorders, and those who are physically handicapped. The center s population primarily consists of persons from Summit County, who have minimal or no financial means and whose need warrants residential treatment.
