Under our Smokehouse roof an unequaled variety of seafood is smoked daily, sold fresh from the smokers, packed for individual mail order, and wholesale customers and shipped world-wide. We work with some of the top chefs in the United States, developing highly specialized cured, marinated, and smoked seafood products. We proudly boast that since our beginning no preservatives, dyes nor additives have ever been used in our products. Only #1 grade seafood, natural ingredients, and natural alderwood smoke are used.
