The Encino Huntington Learning Center offers tutoring for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as test preparation. Subjects covered include reading, writing, mathematics, study skills, vocabulary and phonics. For test preparation, courses cover SAT, ACT, state testing and high school entrance exams. Students receive one-on-one attention in order to catch up or get ahead in school. Diagnostic testing helps place students at their appropriate level and guides the certified and highly trained staff to where students need help. With parents' permission, Huntington staff can meet with a child's teachers or guidance counselors to communicate the child's progress and coordinate a strategy for success.
