Midland County Educational Service Agency provides a variety of leadership and support services to improve and enhance the educational process in cooperation with constituent districts, schools and the community. It is one of the intermediate school districts in Michigan. Based in Midland, Mich., the agency offers a wide range of services, including business, human resources, instructional and career preparatory, pupil accounting, special education and various field services.
