Sycamore Elementary School serves more than 700 students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Its academic curriculum includes math, science, social studies, English and language arts. The school offers various programs, such as a student council, kids care club, pear assistant leaders and Sycamore singers. Its peer assistant leaders is a program that offers training, including leadership skills, cultural diversity, and drug, alcohol, tobacco and gang association-prevention strategies for students in grades five and six. The school also operates a parent-teacher association for students, parents and teachers. Sycamore Elementary School is apart of the Orange Unified School District.
