Founded in 1969, Aspen Country Day School is a nonprofit academic school that offers educational and instructional classes to more than 200 students in prekindergaten through grade eight. The several courses offered by the school include language arts, technology, mathematics, science and social studies, music, art, drama, physical education, and French, Latin and Spanish languages. The school organizes a range of outdoor programs, such as skiing, rock climbing and route finding. Aspen Country Day School is fully accredited by the National Association of Independent Schools and has its campus located in Aspen, Colo.
