Restoration Contracting & Consultants (RCC) is a privately owned company with headquarters based in St. Petersburg, Florida serving the entire Tampa Bay area and West Central Florida. We are dedicated to our mission of helping property owners with restoration, clean-up, and repair during their most vulnerable time of need and it is our goal to adhere to a high level of ethics and professional standards. The RCC team is comprised of the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals that our industry has to offer. Our construction department has held its Certified Building Contractors (CBC) License since 1986 with a very successful track record of more than 30 years performing construction work on both commercial and residential properties. Our emergency service and insurance related projects are managed by an expert public insurance adjuster with a superior reputation and successful track record in the industry, a former special insurance investigator who commanded his SIU team for 15 years while working for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies, a former staff and independent claims adjuster who worked for multiple insurance companies for over 25 years, many restoration experts with over 40 years of experience working in the restoration industry and a team member who previously served for 18 years as an officer of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Department. In addition, our veteran office administration, personnel staff and team coordinators excel at assisting in the day-to-day activities to make sure each restoration project proceeds on time and on budget. In total, our company has more than 150 years of combined experience.
