Goodwill Vocational Training Center is located along North Coast Highway near downtown Oceanside. It offers job-specific training and placement to those with difficult work situations, including immigrants, those with a criminal background, senior citizens and veterans. The center offers one-on-one and small-group instruction, as well as online classes. It is operated by Goodwill, an international nonprofit agency.
