Aahs! offers two stories of novelty items for children and adults. A wide range of humorous gifts and gags can be found here, from political to raunchy, silly to sophisticated. A variety of toys and collectible items is also available, including Ty dolls, Hello Kitty, Nickelodeon characters, superheros, Simpsons, Family Guy, Star Wars and Pokemon. Accessories for poker are sold, including felts and chips. A selection of t-shirts features everything from college logos to images from vintage TV shows. Upstairs is a wide selection of party supplies and greeting cards.
Aahs! also specializes in seasonal items. The store turns into a Halloween superstore in September and October, with hundreds of costumes and spooky accessories and party favors on sale. Later in the year, Christmas takes over.
