Terry W. Bashor, the founder of Legal Search Associates, Inc, served as assistant dean of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. In addition to his administrative duties, he was responsible for the recruitment of superior law applicants from undergraduate institutions throughout the state and nation. It was during this tenure as assistant dean that he earned his Ph.D. Dr. Bashors transition from education to legal search consulting began with one of the nations largest executive search firms. Now, his wealth of experience in recruiting, legal education and attorney placement is the foundation for his own company, Legal Search Associates, Inc Legal Search Associates, Inc was founded in 1990 with the single purpose of providing professional legal recruitment to a select clientele.
