The Bar Method, a Palo Alto gym which offers cross training and body sculpting, has a variety of fitness packages and unlimited classes for its members. Specifically, the Bar Method assists in core training, fat burning, muscle carving, waist trimming and posture enhancement. Classes are posted after sign up.
