This studio on East Cliff Drive offers individual and group classes in pilates. Instructors strive to adapt to the needs and abilities of each student, and use exercise balls and workout machines in their training. The studio is located in a low-ceiling building a block from the ocean. Private classes cost $68 and group classes cost $15 for drop-ins. Pilates focuses on core strength, spinal flexibility and muscle lengthening.
