During an introduction course, a certified instructor will evaluate each client's goals, medical history and fitness to design a unique pilates and/or gyrotonic program. The Gyrotonic Expansion System is a new exercise system, using gyrokinesis exercises conceived by Juliu Horvath, drawing from gymnastics, swimming, ballet and yoga.
