Those instructors ride the momentum created by the facilitys boot camps into various other workout regimens, including Our New Ninja/Gladiator training course, self-defense classes, spin class and Zumba. We even have personal training for brides-to-be. And lets not forget about new moms! We understand getting back into shape is not easy.
