Our approach to manufacturing is the same that Leroy Young started the company with, as we constantly strive to create and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers. It is getting more difficult to find goods today that are actually manufactured by American workers. But ours are made right here in the middle of Missouri and the people you find in our factory all take a personal approach to making items they would purchase for themselves and family.
