Orange County Youth & Family Services Division offers a range of emergency assistance, parenting support and veterans services. It provides counseling to the homeless and troubled children. The Youth & Family Services Division is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). It conducts a Crisis Assistance Program and provides financial help to the people belonging to the low income group. Its services include rent payment, mortgage assistance and providing referrals.
