Located in the rolling hills of New Gloucester, Maine, Pineland Farms Inc. is a 5,000-acre working farm, diverse business campus and educational and recreational venue that welcomes visitors to enjoy its rural landscape. It is engaged in providing a productive and educational venue that enriches the community by demonstrating responsible farming techniques, offering educational opportunities and encouraging a healthy lifestyle through recreation. The farm attracts a variety of nonprofit and commercial organizations to lease space in the campus encompassing 19 buildings. Tenants enjoy amenities, such as a conference center, cafeteria and YMCA, as well as access to the farm programs and facilities. In addition to the fully operational farm, Pineland Farms Inc. offers public educational programming, outdoor recreational activities and an equestrian center. Produce from the farms, such as eggs and vegetables, supply the campus cafeteria and the market.
